How It Works
The packing process is a synchronized cycle of filling, weighing, and densification.

3. Slow Dosing: As the weight approaches the target, the system switches to slow speed for precise final dosing, ensuring high accuracy (±0.2%).
4. Densification: A vibrating table or vibrating hopper settles the product, removing air pockets and maximizing bag density.
5. Release: Once the target weight is reached, the filling spout retracts, and the dense, sealed bag is released onto the conveyor.
