Unlike open-mouth bagging, valve bag filling seals the product inside the bag through a self-closing spout, eliminating the need for sewing or heat sealing, and ensuring a dust-tight package.

    How It Works

    The packing process is a synchronized cycle of filling, weighing, and densification.

    1. Bag Placement:​ The operator slides the valve bag onto the filling spout (or the machine picks it automatically).
    2. Fast Filling:​ The feeder activates at high speed to fill the majority of the bag quickly.
    3. Slow Dosing:​ As the weight approaches the target, the system switches to slow speed for precise final dosing, ensuring high accuracy (±0.2%).
    4. Densification:​ A vibrating table​ or vibrating hopper​ settles the product, removing air pockets and maximizing bag density.
    5. Release:​ Once the target weight is reached, the filling spout retracts, and the dense, sealed bag is released onto the conveyor.
